Where is the event?
The event is at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center, Halls 5, 6, 7 and 8.
What should I bring?
Please bring a copy of your email confirmation, which contains a unique registration code. You will not be able to gain access to the event without your unique registration code. We encourage you to bring a print out of your email confirmation or a copy of it on your phone.
What time should I arrive?
Registration opens at 8am on both days of the event. We encourage you to get there early on Day 1 in order to collect your badge. The event starts at 10am on March 7 and 9am on March 8.
Where can I park?
Please park in car park A or B – the Majlis is easily accessible from both car parks and well signposted.
Where do I collect my badge?
Students will be able to collect their badges opposite Concourse F in the badge collection hall, near the food court. Please see the map below.
Where do non-students collect their badge?
All non-students attendees (media, event staff, speakers, guests, partners) will be able to collect their badges from the badge desk next to the entrance at Concourse F
Am I able to attend if my registration was declined?
Due to high demand, unfortunately not all students will be able to attend. If you received an email noting your registration was not successful, then unfortunately you will not be able to attend the event. For those unable to attend, we encourage you to follow @MBZFutureGen on Twitter and Instagram so that you can still be a part of the event.
I am traveling to Abu Dhabi for the event. Where can I stay overnight?
Aloft Abu Dhabi, located next to ADNEC, is offering discounted rooms for event attendees. When booking your room, please note you are attending the Mohamed Bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations. Rooms are limited. Discounted prices are below:
